Hill besides claims that Dawoud Muhammad confessed to killing the Brooklyn rap fable.
"[Dawoud Muhammad] stated to me that he was on the run for the murder [of The Notorious B.I.G.]," Hill wrote to HipHopDX via the CorrLinks email system for federal inmates.
